Pennsylvania Political Campaign Management Database
If you're running a political campaign in Pennsylvania that is governed by Commonwealth election law, chances are you need to file state mandated reports at regular intervals. For this purpose, I designed the Pennsylvania Political Campaign Management Database, a Microsoft Access database application that is free to the public. With this product, you can:
- Solicit and acknowledge campaign contributors
- Recruit and coordinate campaign volunteers
- Store media contacts for media releases and media alerts
- Create campaign event reports in hardcopy or HTML format for web page uploading
- Print PA DSEB 502 report schedules as required by the Pennsylvania Department of State (on paper or as text files)
- Import SURE Voter data (Full Voter Export Files) from the Pennsylvania Department of State
- Import Contrib.txt data (contributor data) from the Pennsylvania Department of State website
- Print street lists and voter statistics
- Segment voters by election, party, age, gender, and district
NEWS FLASH! The PPCM will now import entire districts from the larger counties! No need to go to a back end server!
This database will work with Microsoft Access versions 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, and 2010. It is fully customizable, and comes with documentation, a license, a form for ordering voter data from the Commonwealth, Campiagn Finance Audit Procedures, and the text of an article that appeared about my software in The Philadelphia Public Record.
